I have been hitting this site hard for the past couple of weeks I am new to forums but I am getting a lot of info from you guys and I thank you for it. Here my story I have been at my place of business over three years and it seems each year a position comes up for basic level entry ? 1 year experience position comes up for a IT position . All the times they position I applied and didn?t get with the position was pulled or other situation. People who I know in that department assured me that I had the position but then they gave it to another in the company. Once again a position has come up and I am deciding if I want to apply again. I feel somewhat like a fool for pursing the position because of the last set of results ? In your opinions when is enough, should I start looking at other options outside?!?!? Let me know what you think
