Where can I find a good technical forum?

I have a question about security/admin products but can’t seem to get a response from anyone. Everyone seems to be really involved in a goofy discussion about whether an MCSE should be refered to as a Net Admin. Meanwhile, lots of good technical questions scroll by with no response.

I’m a newbie to this discussion forum so maybe I posted the message to the wrong place or something.

So my question is: Is there a forum that is more appropriately geared toward real technical discussion that I should sign up on to post my question?
