Where is the Text file for MS DNS?

My company is about to switch all of its IP addresses and I am trying to find the text file for the DNS server. The reason I want to find this text file is so I can use Find/replace to edit it so it includes the new IP addresses. I will have be runnning two DNS servers and two webservers on seperate IP addresses for a short time. (waiting on network solutions)

What I need to know is does anyone know how I can edit this file (the file containing the DNS entries) and import it to a new server?I am running Nt 4.0 Server, SP 6, Option Pack 4 on both servers. WHS is installed on both and I do know a little Perl scripting if that helps somehow. Also, the DNS has about 108 Zone files.
