Where to go from here

I’m sort of at a crossroads as to where to go next. I am currently a network/pc technician with 2 and a half years experience. I have achieved my CCNA,and Network +. My eventual goal is to get the A+,MCSA and MCSE. I also double as an interim help desk administrator, but I want to get my foot in the door as a Jr. Network admin going to a network admin and eventually into management…Am I taking to small a step in my career moves?…What examples of career “maps” can I follow and how do I get in with what I have now when most companies are looking for experienced Network admins…I’m also working on my second degree in Computers..I’m confused. Help me!!!!!
