Where?s the startpoint?

Hi!
I?m another one… I have solid web-building skills (Javascript, Html, PHP, MySql, graphics packages etc…) but no real-world experience.

Now, I decided to get into the industry and take some freelance work, but I just don?t know where should I start looking for my first client or how should I do that.

What do you recommend?
