which book for win2000

I have spent a lot of time searching the site to find
which book might be the best to purchs\ase on windows2000. I can’t really figure out which one is
the best written for a very small business, focusing
on the basics and also covering the more complex
issues. A refernce that really has answers is what i
need, not a history book.
