Which B.S is best

I am just about to start work on my Bachelor of Science and am interested in working in Network Administration and later tech management. I am hung up on which program I should take at my school. Would you recommend a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or E-Business or maybe should the degree be non-tech related? Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks everyone.
