Which Direction to head for?

Hi all,
I am a MCSE, at present i am working as network Admin, Web developer for my co.
I have very knowledge og wed development, but like to prusume this skill further.

Now i will be going for a long vacation of 3 months, so i decided to do a course to develop my career.
But now i can decide which direction to go!
I am stuck in deciding between two courses:
1 CCNA cisco
2 Web Development

As web development will boost skills, and will be addon to my resume.
And CCNA itself is a boost.

so i cant decide hope to utilize my vacation (1 and 1/2 month i decated to the course)

So plz guide to the right direction.
