Which Microsoft Certificate to Pursue?

I have a business background in Finance and Decision Sciences. I have worked a lot with databases, SQL, and some VBA programming, which I enjoy. I want to get certified with Microsoft with above technical skills to enhance my marketability as a business anallyst. I am not interested in becoming an IT professional. I plan to take Exam 70-229 for SQL Server 2000 Database Design and Implementation. For programming, there are only “heavy” VB.NET exams which are way above my skill (there used to be a test for VBA programming but it’s discontinued). Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks
