Which ports to close on (Wsock)Proxy 2.0

I do have a Winsock – Proxy 2 server and my users are nagging for internet access. However I do not want to open the gates without haing closed a few obvious ports. I have found the ports and protocols lists that are open and wonder which I can close without any problem. For example RealAudio….
