while opening the outlook 2003 i am facing the MAPI32.dll error

i am using the outlook 2003 before coulpe of days i formated my system. after reinstallation of windows and office 2003,when i trying to open teh office 2003 i am facing the MAPI32.dll error
can you plz help me
