Who lock that FILE ?

It is easy to trace who lock the file name “account.dbf” when I was in Novell Server. But when I need to locate the user who lock a particular file in NT Server, I have to go to Server Manager, then choose Server, and select “In Use” then have to browse through line by line until I see the value under the column LOCK equal to 1. Is there any easyway to find “Who lock a file in NT Server ? Or any 3rd party software ? Please help me !
