Who loves MOM?

Does anyone here use the Microsoft Operations Manager (aka MOM)? I’ve just now been hearing some interesting things about it, but I wanted to hear from other Republic members whether or not they use it, to what effect, and if they like it or not.
I’ve been in the market for some proactive server monitoring, and wouldn’t mind hearing what Microsoft has to offer (I’ve used the freebie 5 server limit tool, but it seems inadequate – even for 5 servers).
