Why can’t cbl.abuseat.org tell you why your IP is blacklisted?

Why can’t they tell you why your IP is blacklisted when you look it up on their site? Why do you have to wait hours if not days for them to respond by email? Why does Spamhaus consider these idiots a legitimate source of spammer information and include their database in zen.spamhaus.org?
