Why does my Infinix Hot 10 Play hang or freeze when connected to Wi-Fi?

I’ve been experiencing a consistent issue with my Infinix Hot 10 Play where the phone hangs or freezes, especially when connected to Wi-Fi. The problem occurs intermittently, but it’s frequent enough to be frustrating. Sometimes it happens while using apps or browsing, and other times it just freezes randomly. I’ve tried restarting the phone and checking for updates, but the issue persists.
