Wich Certification do I chosee?

I?m having problems deciding what certification to folloow, I?m already starting a MCSE, but I need to take another one, but I?m undecided, what should I follow, CISCO, NOVELL, HP9000, JAVA, I don?t know. Please HELP. I?m desperate. Wich is better, or what has more demand.
