Will activation lock occur after using tools to unlock iPhone?

The problem is that I forgot the screen passcode of my old iPhone as well as the Apple ID password, and now I have no way but to choose third-party tools to unlock my iPhone. It seems that the activation lock will occur if Find My is turned on. Is that true? Then how should I access it again?
