Win 2000 Disaster Recovery Disk

I would like to create a windows 2000 disaster recovery disk for a specific software configuration. I know that I could use ghost to create an .img file, but the image I am working with is 1.9GB and I would like to find something a little easier than having to span the image across 4 CDs.
