Win 2000 dual booted with Win ME

I have Win 2000 dual booted with Win ME.
I would lik to get rid of Win ME and put on Win 98 instead. Win ME is the C:and System drive and Win 2000 the D: and boot drive. How could I go about reformating my C: drive with out affecting Win 2000. Then installing Win 98?
