Win 2000 Professional

I have a Win 2000 Prof & Server 2000
installed. The Ws sees the server…but the server doesn’t see the ws, only if I try to ping the server to the ws, the server sees the Ws no thru the “My Network places” I am no sure if is the server or the ws.Any suggestion?
