WIN 2000 to WIN XP UPGRADE MIGRATION.

How can i migrate a users settings and data from a windows 2000 workstation to a newly built xp workstation. Data like odbc settings, PST files, mapped printers, mapped drives, my documents, desktop, favorites etc. Anybody knows of a software that will do all that or an easy way of transferring the data?
