Win 2003 Admin Tools Pack on WinXP Pro

Hello Ladies and gentlemen.

I’m requesting your help. I’ve failed to install Win Server 2003 Admin Tools Pack on my WinXP Pro machine without applying the hotfix QFE Q329357. The trouble is that i can’t download the hotfix QFE Q329357 from any of microsoft’s websites. All the links just keep me going round in circles.
