Win 2k Server Services

I was wondering if anyone could help me? I set up a standalone Win2k file server for use by my department of 29 users. It will server as a file server and FTP server. No IIS. What services can I safely shut off? What services SHOULD I shut off for security purposes? Any suggestions should help.
