Win 98 connecting to multiple networks

I am attempting to connect a laptop w/98 to (2) networks. One network is an NT with DHCP enable and DNS disabled. The other network is a cable modem network with a static IP with with DNS enabled. My goal is to be able to connect to both networks using (2) pcmcia cards.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
