With a site of approx 250 users all using Office 2000, I have recently encountered an unusual phenomena whereby at random, some user’s OLK folder in their folder is missing, therefore disabling the ability to attach and receieve email attachments. The shortcut to the user’s OLK folder is still in their ‘Recent’ folder but when you ‘find target’ from that shortcut, the folder itself is missing.
