Win2000 verser Konica7020 printer

A 4 computer network – using a slink router – 1 computer win2000 rest win98. Sometimes when send printer job the printer jams up – actually lose printer.
Getting SPOOLS.exe error. Doesn’t happen when switched to parrell port for printer. Only using Word2000 and a program written in Delphi which uses the windows command for printing.
