Win2000 Won’t recognize printer

We’re running an old NT server. Our computers are mostly Win95, a couple of Win98’s, and 2 new Win2000.
No problems with any of them recognizing the printers hooked up to the network.
One color printer is hooked up to one of the Win2000 computers and is shared. Everyone with Win95 or 98 can see and use that printer. The other Win2000 computer won’t see it. I’ve followed all of the “sharing” instructions but am now at a loss.
Any suggestions?
