win2000pro

i need some help regurding to win 2000 pro
my question is:
how to cancle the auto insert in my cd rom drive?
i mean to cancle the auto start when i put a cd in the drive?
in win98 it much more clear and easy but in win2000pro
i can’t fined the way to do it.
