Win2k DNS

I am currently running a win2k DNS outside the firewall. I have a problem
with the DNS records. Like if some body goes to my website with the address http://www.hello.com it works , but if some body just types http://hello.com it does not work.My question is what record should i enter in my DNS so that the above address works
