i am trying to set up both a laptop and desktop for remote access,both are running win2k,my connection i want to make is a dial up connection which i am doing from home, as i have 2 lines,i set both to accept incomming calls,and to make it a bit easier i also set for use of all users to dial into,either to or from d/top l/top i can obtain the connection no problem and also the use of (call back)which would allow me to access home from a remote location,(reason being i have a set monthly payment for my 2 home lines which i am able to use as much as i require)meaning i have no line charge from a remote location, the only problem i have is to share files on my desktop to laptopor vice versa, i have set up file sharin for the whole c:\ on both but im stuck as to why i cant get access to shared files either way,any help would be much appreciated as i am a beginner at this and only got this far through some net info
