Win2k Pro

Hi Everyone,
Sometimes when I install software on a Windows 2000 Professional workstation, I have to log in as the user in order for the user to be able access the software later. How can I log in as administrator and still have the software accessable to the user. Any suggestions please! Thanks a bunch!
