Win2K Prof Keeps losing domain account

I have a setup where the is a Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2000 Professional Clients. The following problem has been occurring for a couple weeks now:

There is one client which for some reason keeps losing its domain account, therefore is unable to log onto the domain.

When the computer account is created it is reflected in the AD and stays there for a couple of days and then it seems to just disappear… preventing the user from logging on.

Can anyone help with this issue?
