Win2K Server as an internet server?

I currently have a Win2K Server. I have 3 workstations all logging on to the domain but would like them to access the internet through this server without using proxy software or the ‘internet connection sharing’ tool. I also currently have RedHatLinux 6.2 as a dns server thus, it allows my workstations to access the internet. I just need to know how to accomplish this with Win2K. Does anyone know of a way or a web link with information on how to accomplish this?
