Win95 Software install

Scenario: Winnt network, Win95(FAT16) and MAC clients, Netscape internet access through network, Lotus Notes.

Installing new software on incoming computers with 10 GB HD and FAT16 (5 partitions). Though I know FAT32 is better, but it is not an option. (Corp descision).

Any problem distributing program installations accross all partitions.

Example: Win95 on C:, MSoffice and Netscape on D:, Lotus Notes and FilemakerPRO on E:, etc.?
