Win95 Task Bar

User’s Win95 task bar is gone. When the windows key is hit on the keyboard, the drop down menu appears in the upper left hand window. Other than that it is compeltely gone. Thought it might have been shrunk. Tried adjusting the monitor size & position. There is nothing for me to drag. I have never seen this before & am baffled by what should be simple. Any suggestions? THANKS!
