Window NT 4.0 Workstation Instalation over Network

Hi there,
I have a project of creating a boot disk that will be able to connect and logon to a Windows NT 4.0 Server without intervention with a batch file atht will run to the hard drive partition, format it and install complit Windows NT 4.0.
There is anyone who nknow how to do it????
