window won,t bootup & restore does not work

I had a cleaner to fix errors and another to speedup windows and they did and when I came back later the machine would not bootup after it would start and retore would just sit at a stand still and last good configuration would not and safe mode did not do either and I work on this for two months and they gave me my money back but did not help me fix my computor and it cost me a $120. and two trips to the store to get another computor to pay the people that I had bid on items because I could not get the machine to bootup and run!
