Windows 10 frequent system crashes

by voclo2306 . Updated 2 years, 1 month ago

I’m reaching out for help with a persistent issue I’ve been facing. After upgrading my computer to Windows 10, I’ve been experiencing frequent system crashes. These crashes occur randomly but seem to be more frequent when I’m running multiple applications at once. The crashes often result in a blue screen error, forcing me to restart my system, causing me to lose unsaved work.

I’ve tried to troubleshoot the problem myself by updating my drivers, running a system file check (SFC), and even performing a clean boot. However, none of these solutions have resolved the issue.

I’ve also checked the Event Viewer for any clues but couldn’t find any clear patterns or critical errors that could be causing these crashes. The system simply crashes without any warning or error messages.

My system specs are as follows:

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

CPU: Intel Core i7

RAM: 16 GB

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any suggestions on how to resolve this, your input would be greatly appreciated. I’m at my wit’s end with these crashes and would really like to use my computer without fearing the next inevitable crash.
