Windows 2000 ATM Support

There seems to be no one at Microsoft that has a clue as to how to migrate ATM from NT4.0 to Windows 2000. Does anyone have any experience or success in configuring 1483 routing under winodws 2000 using a FORE HE-155 OC-3 Card.
