windows 2000 logon

I have Windows 2000 user who account keeps getting locked out after changing password. Its not because of latency in the network or synchronization issues.

This happens when a user has logged onto more that one PC and then changing their passwordand having logged out of the others. Is there a way to see these sessions and close them?? other than from the shares sessions in shared folders??
