Windows 2000 – One Complete update

Is it possible for me to get 1 complete update for Windows 2000? This could be in form of a service park.

At the moment, the PC is not able to install certain applications. Also it is not able to pick monitor drivers – uses a default as a result, the picture quality is very poor. It also fails to install the correct drivers for the monitor(on a CD)
