Windows 2000 resets randomly

One server in our WAN setup has randomly resetting. I looked over its Event Viewer, the report was “The system shuts down at MM/DD/YYYY”. It happened about more than 5 times and i feel alerted to this random shutdown.

One time this server crashed down due to the power module on the motherboard was not working anymore (based from teh IBM technician). The motherboard was replaced with same model and still it reset randomly.

The server is running Windows 2000 Advance Server | Service Pack 2.

I need some technical advices and expertise to this.
