Windows 2000 Server Folder Redirection

Ok heres the scoop. I have successfully done this in the past but now for some reason I cant get this to work .. I want to redirect the My Documents folder to the Server using GPO’s. I have a Win 2K server box FRESHLY formatted all updates done ADS installed a XP Pro Box on the domain. I set folder redirection on the server and I log in and it gives me a runtime error 75 path/File access error…… I have the Home share Everyone full access and when I created the users i used under the profile tab \\zeus\home\%username% so it automatically created all necessary security permissions .. supposeatly.. Some one help
