Windows 2000 Server – Licensing

Can anyone tell me how to install 30 Client Licenses into the Windows 2000 Server Licensing Program as follows.

Per Server License = 5 [Came with the Software]
Purchased 25 Cals (Per Seat)
*I want to show it as a total of 30 Per Seat Licenses.
and also how I can clear the History in the Licensing Program and start with a clean slate.
