Windows 2000 Server RRAS Error

Recently I have been getting the following error when trying to re-configure the modem port in W2K RRAS from “Routing” to “RAS/Routing”.

“The port information cannot be saved. Cannot complete this function (800703eb).

How do I correct this error? I tried disabling and re-enabling RRAS, but this hasn’t resolved the issue.
