Windows 2003 Domain Controller

We have Domain Networking using Windows 2003 Stand.Edi. In our network 2 Domain controllers are installed in our domain network. Main Domain Controller had been failed because of the Hardware problem. Now users are facing problem to login to the domain even other Domain controller is active. How can i solve this problem?
