Windows 2003: My account keeps getting Locked Out?? Event id 680

I’ve been chasing this problem down for several
days now. Anyone have any ideas.

Log starts with event 552, 680, then 639
I’ve done several suggestions from MS KB’s
to no avail. Also, getting eventid’s 1030
every 5 mins. I just ran
dfsutil /purgremupcache on both my domains.
I tracking these now. But the account lock
out is driving me nuts. Help!
