Windows 2003 SP2 and Windows 2003 R2

1. Please could someone tell me if there would be any issues having a mixture of windows 2003 SP2 and R2, when using DFS?

2. Also would there be any issues using a mixture of Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 as DC’s
