windows 3.11

Is anybody can help me right now. I am migrating from Netware Novel to windows 2000 server. My first problem all our programs is using windows 3.11 for workgroup. Do they have any chance for you guys knows how to connect windows 3.11 to windows 2000 server. Can you give me step by step
