Windows 7 setup says no disk

Hello, i am having trouble installing windows 7. The disk works properly until it gets to expanding windows, then it gets stuck on 0% then says “There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive H:.” I need help fixing this, there are no tutorials on google.
